Benchmarking 

 

Taking the old adage, If you can't measure it, you can't manage it, we believe that Benchmarking and organisation surveys form a key component of most interventions. They provide a means by which you can guage your strengths and weaknesses both against internal and external standards, and also can serve to communicate the business case for many interventions.

For example, one of our Directors, Dr Douglas Young has recently helped to establish a new Change Readiness Survey for the Scottish Shared Services Forum. The purpose of this on-line benchmarking survey is to help organisations guage their state of readiness for moving to Shared Services
